The apartment is in “Tropical Sunset”, a building with only four units, so you won’t have to elbow your way through crowds around the pool or on the roof-top terrace. You can sit on the terrace and have a glass of wine while watching the sun set into the warm Mexican Gulf.

The apartment is spacious (1330 square feet, 124 m2), and has a well-equipped kitchen with dish washer. Washer and dryer are also available in the apartment.

There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, one queen-size and one twin-size bed in the second bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, so it can sleep six people comfortably. The beds have satin sheets in 100% cotton for a luxurious feel and good sleep.

We have replaced the floor surfaces in all rooms as well as updated furniture, to give it a fresh and updated feel.
The kitchen is stocked with quality utensils.

Wireless highspeed internet, cable TV, DVD, VCR, free telephone calls within the US and to Canada, Puerto Rico, coffee maker, toaster, iron, ironing board are other amenities we supply.

There are two bathrooms. The ensuite to the master bedroom has a shower. The other is reached from the hall way, and has a bathtub. Both are equipped with thick, comfy towels. There are separate towels provided for the beach.

You can relax on the enclosed balcony facing the Mexican Gulf. The balcony is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom.
